SHIPPING & HANDLING

WHEN WE SHIP

We package and ship within 24-28 hours of all orders received, except weekends and holidays. Due to regulations, we must pick a shipping method that is not restricted to your shipping address. We cannot ship via USPS. You will be able to track your shipment normally within 24 hours after we ship by either accessing your account on line or by the email we will send with tracking information to the email address on file with your account.

We cannot guarantee shipping times and shipping fees are nonrefundable.

WHERE WE SHIP

Due to current state and federal regulations, we are unable to ship any products to the following locations:

Arkansas, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts (except tobacco flavor), New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island (except tobacco flavor), South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont.

We are also prohibited from shipping any products to U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.), military addresses, P.O. Boxes, Hawaii and Alaska.

Due to current state flavor bans, we CAN ship tobacco flavor, but CANNOT ship any other flavors to the following cities:

San Francisco, San Diego, Sacramento, Oakland, Los Angeles, San Jose CA, Boulder CO, and Chicago IL.

PACT ACT

To comply with the PACT act regulations, all orders will be subject to an additional $7.00 shipping charge for ADULT SIGNATURE (21+). This ADULT SIGNATURE fee is added to all orders, as an adult MUST sign upon delivery due to current regulations. This cannot be waived, and this fee is non-refundable.
